1. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for any activity performed from your account. Only one account per person is allowed.

2. Use

You agree to use the app fairly: no cheating, no automation, no attempts to bypass leaderboards or game rules, no illegal or offensive content in your nickname.

3. Content

The app partly relies on educational content generated or edited by us. It is provided "as is", for entertainment and learning purposes. We do not guarantee that it is free of factual errors.

4. Ownership

All rights in the code, design, trademarks and original content of the app belong to Flit, unless stated otherwise.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms, without prior notice.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. The app is provided without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's place of business. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
